You sure have one heck of a connection, is that on interleaved, if it is...try FastPath.

It is fastpath

I get pings of 10ms to the maidenhead server at speedtest.net

Shame i'm not paying for the "Speed Boost", i only get 9.5Mb on speedtests... which is higher than the 8Mb advertised

Nope, current sync speeds are:
Code:
Connection Speed 19191 kbps 1019 kbps
Line Attenuation 25.5 db 10.2 db
Noise Margin 6.3 db 10.7 db
These arent tweaked via the DMT tool, i will post my stats when tweaked.

Edit: New, tweaked sync speeds:

Code:
Connection Speed 22091 kbps 1019 kbps
Line Attenuation 26.0 db 10.2 db
Noise Margin 0.8 db 11.0 db
Nice, low SNR there

Wink

O2 become very popular and received much acclaim since launching its home broadband in October 2007, became the first ISP to offer a combined home and mobile broadband package in August 2008.

Customers signing up to its 18 month mobile broadband package for £20 a month will get a free USB modem stick and free Standard home broadband for a year - with speeds of up to 8Mb and “unlimited” downloads (fair usage applies).

Wow, you have one heck of a line, I'd keep my SNRM around 2.5db at minimum though....

As nice as "free" sounds, there would have to be some sort of catch like strict dl/ul limits or something.

It is pretty stable at 0.8dB . I rarely get dropouts.

@ captainbatman: Have a read Here. This is TalkTalk's website who offer "Free" broadband with their "myEssentials" package.
