Hi,
I have recently switched ISPs and I need to invest in some new hardward. Could I please ask for some advice? Essentially, my new ISP (BT) provides me with a wireless n hub (HomeHub). This needs to be placed near my main phone line into the house. This is in my living room. I need to then connect 2 PCs in my bedroom to the hub, as well as having a LAN for gaming. 'How' is the question... the options, as I see them are: 1) Buy 2 wireless n USB sticks; one for each PC. Then use my current hub (Buffalo airstation - access point only) to run the LAN 2) Use a Develo Homeplug (using the house's electricity wiring) to get an ethernet cable into my airstation, from the ISP hub. Essentailly plug one into a power socket next to the ISP hub, connect the two using an ethernet cable and do the same from a socket in my bedroom to my existing hub (airstation). 3) Buy a new wireless n hub and connect to the ISP hub wirelessly. Then this new hub would also run the LAN in my bedroom. Any other ideas? What would you guys advise? Thanks
