Default My problem

I don't know if this is the right area to post this or not but here we go:

I have a job where I travel all over. I have to have a lap top with a wireless connection. I stay in hotels a lot, but I found that they "free high speed internet" is less than stellar in most hotels. It also tends to be an open network which I don't like. I solved my problem by getting a wireless card through my cell phone provider. That worked great until I switched computers. The new computer has been a piece of junk. I get booted off line all the time, but my wireless card shows that I am on line and at full strength or very good strength. The computer manufacture tried to blame my ISP, my wireless card manufacturer, the cell phone network and everyone else they could think of. I am convinced it is the computer. Is there anything that I can use as proof that the computer is at fault?

The computer clearly has a problem . It goes to blue screen about 3-4 times a day. They want me to send it in to them to fix it , but they can't say how long it will take for them to fix it. I can't do my job without a computer. They don't give out loaners. I would almost have to buy another computer and send this one to them to fix it.

Any help would be appreciated.
