Default Please recommend a router

Hi,

I need a recommendation for a new router. Something reliable and hopefully not too expensive, although, I would pay more for reliability.

When I set up my network connection (just two computers), I bought the cheapest router I could find. A buy.com rebate special and it's not a very good one. If you barely touch it, it turns off and it seems that my internet connection has gotten much slower and less reliable.

I'm wondering what brand of router is the best?? Thanks!

You can use Linksys, Netgear, and D-link and they are good routers. You can get a standard Wireless G router for inexpensive that should work well.

I've been a fan of Linksys for some years now. The setup is fairly quick and intuitive. The performance is great for a home network.
