Line Fault ?
Yesterday I suffered multiple disconnects and re-synch's. Routerstats showed massive amounts of CRC errors and a number of LOS and LOF incidents. I raised a line fault with my ISP. Nothing happened during the night, then the re-synchs started again this afternoon. I was actually using the telephone during one resynch and was disconnected from the voice service at the same time.
In view of this I raised a line fault with BT who said they can't find anything wrong (not surprising for an intermittent fault !) and I could have an engineer out but if he can't find anything then I'll get charged rather a lot of pennies !
So any advice on how to proceed from here ?

P.S. I do have a filtered face plate fitted and a screened RJ11 cable connects the router to the ADSl port.
