Default DMT stuff

just wondering, something i have noticed about talktalk's MSANS is that the upload bits slowly decrease around the edges, theres a gap between the up and downstream and the downstream creeps up. is there a reason for this? i notice that dmt shots of Easynet connections are more like i would expect...

It looks like your line is suceptible to a bit more RFI than most - as the higher tones have a multitude of gaps present aswell; an RFI-free line would show a smooth decline going up the frequencies without being so "Jaggedy".

The dreaded RFI strikes again

Hmm... don't know then.

I thought all lines did that - mine did with UKOnline (unfortunately I don't have a DMT compatible router at the moment so I can't show you)

the gap in my experience is dependant on the dslam itself.

On BT wholesale old alcatel dslams there is a very large gap, but the TI dslams on BT wholesale same service have a much smaller gap, and easynet have an even smaller gap. I dont think anyone has no gap at all.

The dips on right side of upstream and left side of downstream is result of the 2 crosstalking with each other.
